At Ember & Stone, we offer eco-friendly and unique home decor & candles that are handmade in Brisbane, Australia. Each of our pieces are available to retail with a minimum qty order.
If this sounds good to you, read the below and we can get started on quoting your vision.
We will need the bare minimum to quote you, the more detailed, the better:
- pieces that you are enquiring about
- colour &/or scents requested
- quantity (minimum of 20)
- date required
- location in Australia to estimate postage
Once we’ve sorted all the boring bits, we will send you your invoice. We require 50% up front, this locks you in and gets us started.
Please note there is no returns or refunds for change of mind upon payment confirmation, we wont start making anything until the 50% deposit is received.
We go to great lengths to ensure our products are of the highest quality, however once they leave our studio, then the rest is up to you.
Please ensure you have read all the facts about each item and you are aware of the care info, how to handle, and what to expect. We are super grateful for your business but please remember, everything is hand made. There may be slight differences in colour, size, weight, finish or have minor air bubbles due to moulds or sealer used.
Postage costs will be at the buyers expense and delivery prices vary depending on your location. Any changes to the postage estimate will be amended on the final 50% of the invoice, prior to shipping to ensure accuracy.
Allow anywhere between 2-4 weeks for all wholesale orders to be made and a further 2-7 days postage, depending on your location in Australia. Lead time will be discussed with you prior to ordering for full transparency.
Upon making an order, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated above. Ember & Stone will not in any event be liable for economic loss in any form, such as indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or earnings, punitive or special damages however caused, or for any loss to purchasers and other third parties.
